We plan to have lettuce, arugula, herbs and other salad greens in containers on the other side of the yard and inside under lights.  Also, we will have Malabar Spinach and Gigantes (Greek Runner Beans) growing in large containers.

We are also planning to have summer and winter squash in hay bales on the other side of the yard

I want to try growing artichoke (Imperial Globe) and Cardoon (Spineless) in beds around the yard.
